EC nods to MoS's request for Khadka's return to work
Kathmandu,
Oct 17 : The Election Commission (EC) has given its nod to the request of the
Ministry of Supplies (MoS) seeking permission to depute Executive Director of
the Nepal Oil Corporation Gopal Bahadur Khadka to the Ministry.
The
Supreme Court had directed the government to allow Khadka to return to work
responding to a writ petition against the decision of the government to sack
him on the charge of misappropriating millions of rupees in purchasing the land
for the NOC.
