CPN (ML) expels four members

Kathmandu, Oct 17 : A standing committee meeting of the CPN (ML) has expelled four cadres including three politburo members of the party.

They are politburo members—Hikmat Bahadur Deuba, Ganga Prasad Chaudhary and Birendra Thapaliya and central committee member Sita Mahat Deuba.

According to the party, they were expelled even from party membership for carrying out activities against party's norms and values. The meeting held under the chairmanship of party's General Secretary, CP Mainali, took the decision in this regard.
